John is the President and Co-founder of MayneStay Consulting Group Ltd Throughout my lengthy career in the Information Technology and Telecommunications fields I have conducted a variety of assignments worldwide. Working and living offshore has brought me in contact with multi-national and multi-cultural consulting interventions. This exposure has provided the opportunity to gain a deep appreciation for the linkages between business and technology in a variety of settings. |

Tamsen (Thomi) Glover is Director and Co-founder of MayneStay Consulting Group Ltd.
As a leadership consultant and an accredited professional coach, I have been offering leadership and management development and coaching since the early 1980s. My career has included professional teaching at the university faculty level along with a dynamic presence in the consulting community and the not for profit areas.
My work off-shore has offered the opportunity to better understand the multi-national and multi-cultural challenges of our clients and prospects which provides a wider lens into problem solutions. This is particularly relevant in leadership, team building and coaching.

The company name, MayneStay, honours our decades long and cherished association with Mayne Island, in the Southern Gulf Islands, off the BC lower mainland. where we now make our permanent home.
