Since the inception of our consulting company we have observed the changing dynamics of technology and interpersonal relationships. As Certified Management Consultants (CMCs) of many years, we are very aware that every intervention requires a well grounded understanding of the client environment from the business, economic, interpersonal, and often legal, perspective.
We have chosen to highlight this by using the compass as our guideline. Living on the west coast of Canada and having boating experience we clearly understand the challenges of accurate navigation. Our time overseas included very active Scuba diving, where it is critical to understand your environment and know where you are heading. We bring this focus to our consulting practice to ensure the client challenge is understood before we address any solutions. It has served us well.
